We want you to love your new items! If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return: Email us at help@loonoutfitters.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your full refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Wrong item or damaged on arrival: If we made a mistake or your order arrived damaged, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund immediately. Just email us a photo.
